Supplemental Questions
  1. Please upload a 500 to 750-word essay (excluding a bibliography page), typed in 12 pt. Times New Roman font and double spaced in MLA style formatting in a program compatible with Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF file. Your essay will not upload if you have special characters or apostrophes in the title. Here is your essay topic: You have been asked to write a persuasive letter to a Nobel Prize winner that convinces this very successful person to give a lecture at Missouri S&T. Such an inspirational person would receive many such invitations and you need to make S&T standout in your letter. You can include facts, statistics, and quotes about S&T so he or she knows about the campus and who his or her audience would be as you convince him or her to visit Rolla. (This should be written to an authentic Nobel Prize winner.)
