Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be full-time engineering or science students who are U.S. Citizens. Selections shall be based upon the academic achievement and potential, leadership qualities and financial need. African American or other ethnic minority students shall receive preferences in that order. The amount of the scholarship will be determined by the amount of income available in scholarship funds. Recipients of this scholarship are strongly encouraged to provide a minimum of two hours a week of volunteer service to the Miner Alumni Association while school is in session.
